Each machine is a workstation consisting of the base machine with robot, a thermolator, a granulator, and a dessicant-drying unit. Each machine is equipped with a Production Process Monitoring System. An "On-Machine Data Transducer" is attached to each station to collect production, rejects and down-time data. This information is visible from any computer on the network. This assists in accurate shift reporting and improving production efficiency.
