My production team is focused on execution. Our goal is exceed our customers’ expectations by meeting our promise dates, delivering accurate shipments and being flexible to meet “emergencies” that come up. We are capable in adapting to multiple methods of order confirmation, from EDI to company designed web sites. Our ERP system, DTR, is instrumental in our ability to adapt to multiple labeling designs, shipping specifications and other unique customer requirements. We have detailed processes that are designed to use technology and trained personnel to ensure your specifications are always met. What sets our customer service team apart is the personal touch we add. Each customer is assigned a Production Coordinator to be their key contact. This staff of professionals treat your account like their own and work within the plant to ensure your needs are met. They also understand how busy buyers are today and will alert you to changes that may need review. Personally, I have been lucky to be part of the Chemtech team for eleven years and have grown professionally during my tenure. Originally, I came aboard to implement our ERP system. Since then my responsibilities have grown to include managing IT, customer service, scheduling, purchasing and logistics. To meet the changing needs of the business and our customers, Chemtech Plastics has always been a supporter of continuing education for our employees. I have recently completed my APICS Certification in Production and Inventory Management.
