Chemtech recently underwent its 7th annual TS audit. The audit was conducted by   UL DQS an independent firm.

Chemtech undertook the audit with the same confidence  we would approach any other process with. One vision, one goal, and all employees dedicated to exceptional results. Needless to say, we came through the audit process with flying colors.

 The auditors noted these additional strengths.

• Cleanliness - This has also been noted on most all of our customer audits as well.
• Management Involvement supporting the Quality Management System This validates that our upper management is integrated in our process and lends support to it. Our auditors were pleased and impressed by our "Hands On" approach in this area.
• Robust Processes -The auditors noted that our internal process is thorough and has significant redundancies therefore eliminating communication errors due to an out of office employee, or team leader.
• Thorough Internal Audits-Chemtech's internal audit process is extensive and we are tougher on ourselves than most external auditors
• Continual Improvement through adequate use of statistical tools. This might be the most significant observation The Auditors noted that Chemtech thoroughly utilizes its data collection, and uses it to better predict the outcome of future jobs. These benefits are realized by you in the form of exceptional component quality, and increased efficiency.

As Chemtech's director of quality, I am proud to say Chemtech was chosen MRP user of the year and has continued to uphold this level of operation.  We take pride in not only having best in class operational tools but putting them to use.
