At Chemtech Plastics, our leading-edge injection molding capabilities allow us to produce geometrically complex, close-tolerance parts with exceptional Class A surface finishes. We have a strong reputation for engineering creative multi-shot molding, insert molding, and overmolding strategies that yield robust parts while minimizing secondary assembly.

Our production equipment consist of molding presses in the 28-ton to 400-ton range. Each machine is equipped with robotics, temperature control systems, granulators, and desiccant dryers. High-level monitoring systems ensure all processes are stable, and parameters stay within defined set points. Performance data is recorded in real time through our powerful MRP system.

We have the capacity to mold parts using both commodity-type as well as high-performance engineering resins. Minimum shot size is one ounce, and the maximum is 25.5 ounces. Our design engineers can evaluate your drawings and make recommendations to improve manufacturability and facilitate assembly. We have an on-site tool room outfitted with the latest mold engineering software and staffed with seasoned tooling professionals. For projects that require secondary operations, we utilize robotic work cells configured to assemble and test final product at accelerated throughput rates.
