Part of providing a full-package service for our clients means having an internal mold design and engineering team. Chemtech Plastics uses computer-aided engineering (CAE) software to optimize every design and performs a Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis before the launch of each new program. We also have a world-class, cross-functional Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) program management system in place.
As a DQS-Certified for IATF 16949 : 2016 and ISO 9001 : 2015 company, we have a robust quality management program that emphasizes defect prevention, reduction of variation and waste, and continuous improvement. We mold challenging parts for industries that expect a very high degree of quality and consistency.
