Yes, we do support automation. We have an in-house automation team, led by a highly experienced automation engineer.

Yes, we do have moldmaking capabilities. We have an internal moldmaking and toolmaking company that is well-known for supplying precision tooling with tight tolerances, complex geometries, and intricate mechanisms.

No, we are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) to 4:45 p.m.

Chemtech’s manufacturing plant is located at 765 Church Rd., Elgin, IL 60123. Our warehouse facility is directly behind the main plant at 770 Tollgate Rd., Elgin, IL 60123.

The Church Rd. facility is approximately 65,000 sq. ft. The warehouse facility is approximately 70,000 sq. ft.

Currently, we have 245 full-time employees.

Chemtech operates on a 24/5 schedule, with limited weekends as required.

Chemtech can provide precision straight molding, insert molding, and multi-shot (2K/3K) molding.

Chemtech provides precision pad printing and light product assembly and testing.

Chemtech owns a local, precision injection mold making company. Chemtech also has a long-standing relationship with some top-quality mold suppliers in Asia.

Chemtech has a staff of experienced and certified Master Molders®. We offer Level 2 process monitoring and Level 3 process control options.

Chemtech has two fully equipped and staffed inspection and metrology labs. We offer full product validation and qualification services.

Chemtech is a DQS-Certified for IATF 16949 : 2016 and ISO 9001 : 2015 company. Does Chemtech have a tool room: We have a complete tool room located at our Church Rd. facility. This tool room is primarily used to conduct complete tool PM activities for all molds in operation at Chemtech.

As part of the tool design process, Chemtech utilizes Moldex3D software to perform a complete simulation for every new program.

Chemtech has an automation department headed by a veteran automation engineer. We have multiple automation cells in operation.
